I Swore I Would Never Do This

When I first started this blog and folks started dropping by they immediately started tagging me and I swore I would never play that game.Alas, I am bored to death and have nothing really to say, so to keep you all entertained I will post the dreaded:

10 Things About Me

1. No one actually calls me Shawna in real life and never have.If you spent the day with me you would hear people calling me Ray-Ray, yes, that has been my nickname since birth.Most people just call me “Ray”. There are conflictings stories as to how I came to be called Ray-Ray, but all somehow deal with my Father who is named Raymond.

2. I hate rap… almost all forms of it.Rap hasn’t been a viable form of expression since the mid 80’s.It just needs to be put to sleep now.

3. I’m already bored typing up this list :lol:

4. Sparkle is my favorite movie of alltime.

5. I’m a make-up whore who used to wear gold eyshadow and draw my eyebrows on back in the day.I was a sho nuff fine foxxy mama too. No, I’m not still rockin’ the gold shadow. :D

6. I’m extremely competitive… even when it comes to the smallest of things.If I see myself and another person walking to the same door of a building, I will walk faster to get there first. Yes, I know I am sick. :lol:

7. I love falling asleep to the sounds of The Quiet Storm playing on 107.5 WBLS

8. My favorite channel is HGTV

9. I think I have found the perfect man, but know that we will never be together. :(

10. I am so happy this list has come to an end. :lol:

    Shawna HGTV is the only channel I watch and every year it keeps getting better and better.

    I love HGTV! It’s come a long way in the past six years. My favorite show is Divine Design. Candice is awesome!

    Candice is indeed awsome… can’t believe it’s only been six years as it seems so much longer.

    Michael of Designing for the Sexes was also a favorite of mine.I was devestated when he left (I think he left), I still watch the reruns of his shows though because his work just never gets old to me.

    Btw, that English chick who redecorates peoples homes when they are out of town (forget the name of her show) gets on my nerves.I have seen her purposely go against people’s wishes and do things to their homes they specifically said they didn’t want.

    One man with a small kitchen said he definitely didn’t want black and hse made his kitchen a horrible black and red color.His face nearly fell off when he saw it :lol:

    Debbie Travis. I thought she was Canadian? Anyway, I’ve never seen anyone displeased with her work though I can imagine they may feel she goes a little over the top. She’s like a female version of Doug of Trading Spaces. I’ve seen a couple of episodes where the people weren’t shy about telling him his work sucked.
